Peer Support Workshop – Line of Duty Death

Peer Supporters will learn how they can assist in the event of an unfortunate line-of-duty death.
- Identify signs of compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, and burnout
- Recognize symptoms and associated behavior patterns
- Develop strategies to regulate and initiate healthy decompression activities
You will have the opportunity to engage in peer support networking and foster connections with others in the field.
There is no cost to attend as the training and refreshments are provided by TCTI.
The Counseling Team International (TCTI) provides culturally competent short-term counseling, critical incident debriefings, training, and pre-employment psychological testing.
First Responder Wellness (FRW) is a comprehensive inpatient/outpatient behavioral wellness treatment program exclusively for first responders. We treat post-traumatic stress, alcohol, addiction, anxiety, and depression.
Shift Wellness (SHIFT) provides retreats for peer support teams, trauma & resilience, and spouses.
