The Effects of Burnout and Compassion Fatigue

burnoutThis class is designed to raise the awareness of burnout and compassion fatigue for those in the public safety profession and will provide trainees with ways to avoid and/or effectively cope with burnout and compassion fatigue.

They will learn about the personality types that are vulnerable to these two syndromes and will be equipped with the knowledge of their symptoms and associated behavior patterns.
