Positive Ways to Manage Anger
This class is intended to help participants learn strategies to maintain anger at a safe level. In addition, this class will teach the participant what his/her own anger provoking cues are and how to defuse those feelings before they reach a level of danger. This class will also teach the ways in which anger management skills can be used in everyday, practical situations.
Please note: This class does not meet court mandated standards and is currently designed as a six week course of one-on-one session
